Email support@cyanote.app from the address you used to buy, or include your Lemon Squeezy order number. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
Purchases are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and can also be requested via the receipt they email you.
Because Cyanote is a one-time purchase with free lifetime updates, we generally don't offer refunds after the 14-day window — but if something's genuinely wrong (for example the app won't run on a supported Mac), reach out anyway and we'll make it right.
Please contact us first — we're a small team and can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.
